Never Received
The bag looked really nice but I never actually received it. It was returned to the sender for no apparent reason and I was never given an explanation as to why. I did receive my refund but it was a gift for my mom and she was excited for something that never came. It was literally at the warehouse 20 minutes away and they just returned it which was disappointing the address was correct and everything. While I can’t rate the bag the overall experience was a 1/5 stars. Then when I tried to reorder it the color she wanted was “sold out” although they just got the bag back so how could it be so old out? Why couldn’t I just reorder the one that got sent back.
