Bad customer service
Recently I bought two bags. One of them was too small for all of the things I usually carry with me and I had to returned it. I brought my receipt, I was under the 30 days to return, the bag was as new BUT I forgot to place the price tag on it.
I was told I needed the price tag otherwise I was not be able to get my money back. Terrible customer service.
