Rated 1 out of 5 by from The material and zippers are very hard The material so hard that I noticed white dust at the bottom of the bag, which came from my linen top against which the bag was rubbing. I had a cut on the back of my palm when I tried to get something out from the bag. The cut was from the zipper. They are pretty tight and hard as well. Overall, I'm not having a good experience with this bag, which I bought so enthusiastically!
