  4. Submit your listing for review. Michael Kors will review all submissions for completeness and eligibility.
  5. After your listing is approved (typically within 2 business days), it will go live and can be shared with others.

Once a buyer receives your item and confirms its condition, you will receive a Michael Kors e-gift card as your payout.

What if my item isn’t in my purchase history on the Pre-Loved site?

If your item does not appear in your Michael Kors Pre-Loved purchase history, it’s likely because the purchase was not associated with your KORSVIP account. This can happen if:

  • You checked out as a guest on MichaelKors.com, or
  • You didn’t provide your email address at checkout in-store

Only items tied to your KORSVIP purchase history are eligible to be listed for resale on the Pre-Loved platform. At this time, Michael Kors does not support resale listings for items purchased outside your KORSVIP account.

We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. You’re still welcome to browse and shop available listings at preloved.michaelkors.com.

What can I sell on Michael Kors Pre-Loved?

You can sell Michael Kors handbags and small leather goods previously purchased on MichaeKors.com and in a Michael Kors retail stores using your KORSVIP account. We are currently accepting gently used items purchased on MichaelKors.com or in a Michael Kors Lifestyle or Collection store using your KORSVIP account.

Once your item is approved, it will appear on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site for any customer to purchase.

When and how will I be paid for my Michael Kors Pre-Loved sale?

After your item sells on Michael Kors Pre-Loved, you must ship it using the prepaid shipping label sent to the email address associated with your KORSVIP account.

Once USPS confirms delivery, the buyer has 3 days to inspect the item and confirm that it matches your description. Upon confirmation, you will receive 80% of the sale price in the form of a Michael Kors e-gift card, sent directly to your registered email address.

For example, if your item sells for $100, you will receive an $80 e-gift card, redeemable on MichaelKors.com or at participating U.S. Michael Kors retail stores.

If the buyer does not respond within 3 days of delivery, your e-gift card will be issued automatically after the confirmation period ends.

Can I sell an item on Michael Kors Pre-Loved if I live outside the United States?

At this time, Michael Kors Pre-Loved only supports sellers located within the 50 United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available, and the prepaid shipping labels provided for all Pre-Loved transactions are valid for domestic U.S. shipments only.
