Defective watch and unhelpful customer service
Item is defective! I bought this watch for a graduation gift for my son and when it arrived, it wasn’t working. Because his graduation was only a few days away, I wrapped it and gave it to him anyway with an explanation that he would be getting a new one. I didn’t want the occasion to pass without giving him a gift that was so thoughtfully purchased. He was very excited at first, but naturally very disappointed as well. Because I had it engraved, customer service is now giving me a hard time about returning. I sent it back anyway, and I’m waiting on a decision about a refund. Hopefully Michael Kors will stand behind their product. I would hate to think that they would intentionally engrave a nonworking watch and send it out, and then to insist that their return policy does not include engraved items as the customer service representative did over the phone. This seems like very bad business! We will see if Michael Kors can make this right and I can amend this review.

I wanted to love this watch but the online image isn't in its true form. The background of the watch is black, as well as the dials and hands. Incredibly different to tell the time, even in well lit areas. Classy watch but is without the general function.
