Much smaller than expected. Difficult to get into it. Returning it. Hopefully, will find a better suited one. Have some large totes from Michael Kors that I love.

Bad Customer Service
It is not the bag but the terrible customer service. They returned an item for me and the refund was never posted to my credit card. Called them over 50 times to resolve this matter and when finally answered, a man called Gary, promised he would call me back a few minutes later and he never did.
