Roomy for the essentials-- phone, keys, small wallet or card case, lipstick, mirror. The size and shape reminds me of bags I owned circa 2000. Love that it's a shoulder bag and not a crossbody/convertible. Appreciate the silvertone hardware.

I had an issue with the fact that the store was supposed to have gift wrapped it, which I paid extra for and even though it was paid for in full after the still called and harassed me about picking it up and threatened that they were gonna put it back on the shelf.
