Defective product received
The watch looked good when I received it. However it was defective; the clasp of the bracelet was missing. I was looking forward to receiving it but was really disappointed when I had to return it. I really wish that a big brand like Michael Kors would look into these details especially for their online products which the customers rely on only by looking at the product virtually.
