Horrible
I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I was very happy I was able to catch it on sale because he’d been wanting one for a long time. I order my Michael kors all the time so when the package arrived initially I wasn’t going to open it but I had his initials engraved on the back so I wanted to see what it looked like. When I opened the box i immediately saw that the watch was broken. I reached out to customer support immediately and talked with them for about 3-4 days after I had received the item. They never got back to me about a resolution so I ended up having to go to a local jewelry shop and having to pay MORE money to have it repaired! Will never purchase jewelry from here again!
