I used this bag for the first time, and the color of my dress transferred onto it. The dress isn’t new — it’s been washed many times, and I’ve worn it with other light-colored bags without any issues. But this has only happened with this bag. I’ve tried everything to clean it gently without damaging the bag, but the stain won’t come off. I’m really disappointed — such a shame for the money I spent.
