For the price and being a “designer” brand I would expect the quality to be much better. After contacting the customer service they said this is normal wear and tear. So clearly they don’t stand behind the quality of their products. Won’t be purchasing again from Michael Kors. Very disappointed!

However, true to size, I returned and purchased 7.5, in due time they will stretch out. Makes me feel taller and are very comfortable, as well as very stylish and similar to a designer sneaker that cost triple than these. Love, love these shoes!!
