Wrong color from
I purchased this bag as a Christmas gift. It came in the WRONG color. It is supposed to be all pink, but only came in an off white color with pink handles. Looking at reviews it seems like I’m not the first person this has happened too. It’s too much of a hassle to return, get a refund once returned, and then place the order again in hopes to get the right color this time.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED TWICE!
Wrong color sent TWICE! Item I recieved was not even a color option on the website. I was totd after the first time I would definitely get the correct color-NOPE! I had to go through the hassle of returning the wrong item. Customer service did not have answers, only encourage for me to drive to a store to return the item. They also told me a store had it, and they did not. I am starting to wonder if this bag even exists.
