VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
I was so excited for this bag! Turns out I am VERY UNHAPPY with this purchase. There are some frays in the stitchwork and strap of the bag. The piping on the bottom of the pockets is not smooth like the rest of the purse, it bulges out and is VERY NOTICEABLE.
Also, the don't remember the description or pics to clearly show and state it is fabric material. BUT, that could have been an oversight on my part. The specific purse I received just doesn't live up to MK's name or quality. :(

Disappointed in size from
Large not a large size
The size on the medium jet set and the large jet set cross body bag is exactly the same I am completely disappointed to order a large and not be able to fit more than keys phone and an apple. Price also when down from $175 to $119 same day that I received the order I called in to get a price adjustment and customer service would only reduce it by $20 so back it goes.

Beware of white purse
I usually have no issues with MK but for some reason the white travel bag material is bad. I only wore the bag twice and it was completely dirty and stained. I have other MK bag with light material and never stained or had dye transfer. This bag looks as if I had it for years and picks up everything. If purchasing, do not get the white purse. I am still waiting on MK to get back to me because this is really unacceptable.

Love colors and airplanes!
Preferred one in store over one shipped. They are all slightly different, and I have a thing for red. I was able to exchange with no issues. I actually have 2 of these, one dome, and 2 wallets. The 2 wallets i had were 💯 the same. I didn’t have a great experience exchanging one wallet for a slightly different one at lv outlet, but it was just the one person...perhaps manager. EVERYONE else was exceptional!
