Fabric or some type of paint was on my bag
Very upsetting ! I bought a brand new bag at Michael’s kors outlet for my wife, and upon opening it up, there was some type of stains in and on the bag!!! it looks like some type of fabric or some type of paint from clothing or something! Unfortunately, it took a couple of days for me to bring it back because the outlet is in a mall that is a little bit far from me and my family and we had to pay about a $40 cab just to go over there, and when I arrived, they gave me a problem telling me that the bag was brand new and they can’t accept it!!! I bought it, and I returned to the store less than 30 days and for some reason they declined my return or exchange!!! This is very upsetting as I do not know why this has happened and I’ve been buying Michael Kors products for about 7 to 10 years now for my family and I and this is the very first problem that I have encountered!!!!
