Not Made Well
Not put together well. I had to return the item. Each time I tried to buy it, there would be some kind of problem with it. One was warped, the lettering for Micheal Kors was crooked on another, and one was not sown properly on the bottom so it was not straight. I ended up giving up and bought a Coach sling pack instead.
