Very disappointed customer
Purchased the Clancy on-line during a sale and they arrived a few days ago in where the shoes are beautiful, except the left shoe only, had 5 scuff and discoloration marks on the front of the shoe that were very , very noticeable. I attempted to clean the shoe but it didn't make a difference. Contacted customer svc and was told to send back the shoes and repurchase the same shoes, at a higher price than originally paid keep in mind, which make totally no sense at all, especially when they are coming from the business damaged. No exchanges, or anything to correct a fault that lies with the company of not inspecting the shoes before sending them out. Nor was my question answered of whether or not I will be charged a fee for the return/restocking of the shoes that arrived to me damaged from my refund. This is a horrible first time buyer experience, and they should do way better to keep every customer. Will not be purchasing again from this business because they are penalizing the customer for defective products they send out. So buyer beware!

Love the look of the boots
I walked around in the house in them and I am very satisfied with them. I haven’t wore them out yet because I just received them in June

I ordered a half size up and they barely fit. So I don't know if I am going to keep them.
