Unacceptable customer service
Bought as a gift. 2 interactions with customer service. First, due to system fouled and did not upgrade shipping. CS was zero help, nothing we can do. Second, asking for the gift box and gift receipt which did not arrive. No dust cloth. Answer from CS, we can’t mail out the gift box, no supervisor available. MK has become cheap and the product reflects it. Returning as it was not fulfilled as ordered.

White crossbody
I bought this for my daughter. She loves that she can have a white crossbody purse with silver chain. Usually it's gold colored and she isn't a fan of that. She was thrilled with this and has lots of room for a little more, yet still small.
