Great everyday backpack
Great size, not too small or big. Plenty of pockets and items dont get lost. Very light weight so your back and shoulders dont hurt. And super cute

Not In Love with It
This is exactly what I was looking for as far as functionality. And for that reason, I will not return. The color is not as warm as it is shown online. It is more of a pale camel color. It did not come in the usual packaging. It was wrapped in a bag it was barely taped closed. Handles, straps, and zipper pulls were not covered. (Like others have stated, the zipper is not as fluid as other bags, but it doesn't get "stuck" per say, it just take a smidge more effort to close.) Overall, not in love. I feel like I received a purse that was returned and not properly prepared to resell. I've received bags from budget sellers with better packaging.
