Beautiful item in person
Beautiful details like the hardware. Fits well. The item has a lot of personality in that it isn’t just a plain black coat. Not super heavy more of a fall, spring coat in my opinion. A lot nicer in person. Well worth the price.

I bought this coat in black a year ago at twice the current price, and it was one of the worst purchases I've ever made. A metal snap fell off within a week, and I noticed something was off about the coat itself. I took it to a local tailor for advice, and she showed me that the shoulder pattern was sewn unevenly, which made it fit strangely. I reached out to Michael Kors customer support, and they told me I had to send it in for defect inspection and repair, after which they would return it to me. They also said a refund wasn’t possible. I was outraged, and for the past year, I haven’t wanted to buy anything online from Michael Kors.

Runs small
Beautiful coat. I loved the feel and the high quality/look of the coat. It runs very small. I consistently wear an L to XL for his items. I could not even come close to zipping it up. So sad that I cannot get it in my size.
