Material is soft. It’s a lightweight jacket with inside pockets on both sides.

Terrible and not worth the money
This thing sucks. I went on a mild hike thinking this would be great over a hoodie to keep moisture off me. It started raining 10 minutes in, turned around and by the time I got back to the carim soaked. The water went straight through to my shoulders.the Pocket are also terrible. On the same hike my glasses fell out.
