Cheap looking and horrible packaging
The packaging was horrible. It came in a box with it just sitting inside a bag. Previous purchases have come with beautiful boxes and branding, this does not feel like an experience anymore. The bag itself has beautiful colors but it feels flimsy and cheaply made. I understand its not leather but the drastic dip in quality feels unacceptable.

Nice style limited functionality
Great style, but the functionality is not terrific. I had to buy a purse organizer for the inside because otherwise all your stuff just floats around inside its gaping hole. The pockets on the side are a great idea if they could just fit like a water bottle but they’re just too tight for that and the cinches that could Titan to hold something in there don’t really have that function, so just seems like a lot of things that are there just for the visual not for any functionality. I need a bag that’s a great carry-on for the airport. I want it wide enough to be able to fit my laptop but have pockets and zipper areas for ID wallet, sunglasses, phone, etc.. and if it’s gonna have side pockets, those side pockets better fit something more than a slip of paper. Otherwise, I would’ve bought a smaller bag.
