Bad smell from
Terrible smell
I love this bag. It's truly unique and classy. However, there is one issue. When I opened the box there was a foul smell. It definitely wasn't that leather smell. I left it outside on my patio to air out. Unfortunately it still smells. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label, but I would have to buy another one. It's the holidays and I dont have extra money for another bag. So, I'll be returning the bag. Im very disappointed. I wish customer service could've done more.
