Core customer service. Bad return policy.
The one star is more for the company. Bought it for a Christmas present for my wife. Unable to return it because I bought it too early in the season. Unwilling to work with the customer. Make sure you know what you’re buying is something that your loved one actually wants. Because their return policy is not customer friendly.

I've only worn MK sunglasses, and it was about time that I purchased a new pair. These are quite stylish and more elegant than expected. Now I have a pair for everyday and a new pair for when I want to dress up and impress. The gold frame with dark lenses is quite a look. Highly recommend.

Flimsy, contacting customer service, utter waste of time
Not even a week or 2 and the lens came put of the frame. And when reached to the store for repair , they asked me to contact customer service. What a waste of time. Why can ypu justvrrplace the item. Call customer service and get support on it was utter waste.
