Received a Defective Bag and Poor Resolution
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I received a brand-new Michael Kors bag with visible defects on both the hardware and the leather right out of the package. For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected much better quality control and attention to detail.
What was even more disappointing was the customer service response. Despite providing photos and evidence of the defects, the only solution offered was a limited partial discount, leaving me with a product that was clearly not in the condition a new item should be.
When customers pay for a new designer bag, they should receive a flawless product—not have to negotiate compensation for manufacturing or quality issues. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand, and I will think twice before making another purchase.
I hope Michael Kors improves both its quality control standards and its handling of customer concerns.
