Item never arrived - Missed Mother's Day
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this item specifically because it was advertised to arrive in time for Mother's Day, but it is now a week past the holiday and I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, I just received an automated email asking me to review a product that isn't even in my hands yet. Very poor logistics and communication.
