Bad zipper design!
This backpack is so adorable for traveling, but the zipper design is impossible! I can’t even imagine being at the airport and frantically trying to get an important item out of this thing! The zippers are hidden, which look nice, but way too hard to open! I returned it for that reason and purchased one with better zipper design.
