Uncomfortable
I really wanted to like these. I ordered a 7.5 and an 8. I usually wear an 8, but felt a little big and the 7.5 was too tight. The shoe is very stiff and isn't a soft leather material like I thought. When walking around in them it hit the top of my foot wrong and started to rub. They do cover more of my toes as well so maybe why they didn't work.

Poor customer service. I wanted to exchange size but the store person returned my order.
Bad experience at the store. The store assistant are totally clueless and left me with a bad experience. Instead of exchanging my order for a different size , she returned it and then asked me to buy at higher price. I could have easily ordered multiple sizes and then return what did not fit. I am now with out the shoes that I wanted just because of lack of work experience of a store staff at Milpitas store in California.

These flats have a cushioned insole, so they’re extremely comfortable. I can walk and stay on my feet for hours without my feet hurting.
