Poor customer service and packaging
Disappointed with my recent Michael Kors experience after being a loyal VIP customer for years. The customer service was poor, and the communication was unclear regarding the packaging/box.
I honestly believe most customers wouldn’t mind paying extra for a box if it was explained clearly upfront — especially when buying gifts. Transparency and better communication would make a huge difference.
