Terrible quality terrible customer service
I bought this new release purse in the middle of November 2024 and I absolutely loved it! By the end of February the leather had worn off all 4 corners on the bottom of the purse. Keep In mind it was never on the floor of a vehicle or my home! After 30+ years of buying Michael Kors products I filed my one and only warranty claim only to be told it is normal wear and tear and they will not repair nor replace my item. I will never buy anything from Michael Kors again and if I could give it a zero for review for their warranty policies and quality of this purse I would!
