Beautiful to look at, durable quality, hard to love
I wish I had chosen a different bag. The Pratt tote is very sleek looking, which I wanted. But it's also super uncomfortable to carry. The leather is hard and rigid, which I understand is the nature of the material. What I didn't expect was how badly it woud hurt my shoulder. There's almost no flexibility to it at all. With narrow, rigid shoulder straps, it really digs in. Narrow straps also make it awkward to use as a shoulder bag when I'm wearing a heavy coat. Because it's a large bag, it's inconvenient to carry as a handbag. I've tried to love it, but I just can't. For functionality, I would honestly rate it at three stars. But I bumped that up to four stars because I do think it will most likely last forever. I'm probably going to give it away.

Beautiful structured bag
This bag is beautiful & crafted very well. It’s structured and holds up. There are just a couple of design features that I wish were different. There is only one very small pocket inside and the straps are so stiff that they don’t really move at all, sometimes causing them be in the way when trying to get something out. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
