I would give customer support a rating of zero.
Bought this watch like a Christmas gift, wear them just a month and they suddenly stopped working. Tried to exchange or return them, but they refused because I ordered them more than a month ago. They just transferred me to repair team, the repair process is going to take about 4 weeks. And now I'm wondering if I'm ready to make several trips back and forth to the post office. In my opinion this is so unfair, pay many, wear it a few times and after headache they have given me, have a repaired watches instead of new.

Cute, but returned
This is not a set of three watches -- it's one watch face and three bands that you need to switch up every time. Did not seem worth it to me so I returned it even though it's cute and sleek, guess it depends what you're looking for
