Not right!
I received it as a gift and loved the look but not happy with the fit for the price. It just doesn't lay right. I think MK should either reimburse or fix the problem. Fixing would be my preference. I would rather think that they care more about customer satisfaction and retention than just getting over.

Not pleased
I really like the design and also ordered the the Pave Lock chain. I was shocked that wearing it consistently for two days, my neck is burning and irritated. I actually want a refund and won’t be wearing the second chain. Because of the affordable price I won’t bother returning them. I’m so sorry to say, I’m disappointed! I’ll stick to ordering the pretty sandals all summer.

Horrible Customer Service
Went on sale the day I received it in the mail and customer service would not credit me the difference nor give me a credit for it. They called my account up and said yes we see you just bought it too. Horrbile service! Would NOT recommend to others!
