Ordered online a watch for my daughter for Christmas. When arrived found the watch not to work. No exchanges no refunds!

It’s a beautiful piece
The piece it’s self was beautiful but apparently I received the stores display and it stopped working a few minutes after I got it I had to go into the store and get another one
