I’m really disappointed with my Michael Kors watch. I’ve hardly used it twice in the last six months, and yet the belt has already turned black. When I visited the outlet to get it checked, they said they couldn’t help me. I paid over $200 for this watch, and I honestly expected much better quality and service. Really sad and dissatisfied with this experience. Honestly expected much better quality and support from such a reputed brand.
Really didn’t expect this from such a premium brand 😞
Also, doesn’t Michael Kors offer at least a one-year warranty on their watches? If so, I’d appreciate some clarity or assistance on this.
