Not so good experience
I purchased this bag while traveling, and unfortunately, within about a week or two of purchasing it, I discovered a defect. Reaching a service rep at the store was frustrating because I was initially given the wrong phone number for the men’s store, which significantly delayed the process of obtaining a return shipping label. I’ll spare the details, but it was far more difficult than it should have been.
I requested a replacement bag, and I will say that it arrived in a timely manner. However, the replacement was simply stuffed into a box, leaving the bag bent and misshapen upon arrival. At that point, I requested another return label so I could send it back for a full refund.
This entire experience, from the defective product to the customer service issues and poor packaging, has been very disappointing. Based on how this situation was handled, I will most likely not shop at a Michael Kors store again.
