Customer Service Fail
I tried to return at MK store, and when the manager tried to pull it up in her system it wouldn’t work. So, she called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour trying to resolve their system issue. The customer service agent told the store manager after an hour of waiting that there’s nothing he can do on his end, and that I’d have to mail it in for a refund. The manager attempted to print labels for shipping, and she stated she’d personally mail it, but the labels wouldn’t print for her due to error. So, after 1.5 hours of being in the store, I decided to keep the watch. The store manager was very nice and did everything she could to help. Customer service on the phone not so much. I drove almost an to MK store so I could return. I will NEVER buy anything online from MK again.

My 10th Kors watch
Beautiful had to be adjusted but face size was perfect. Thought it would been a little heavier never the less i love my new addition.

Better not online !!!
They never delivered the watch. I had to contact the customer service several times. Days later the offered a refund back on my credit card. They refunded the amount of the watch but not the tax.
