I recently purchased a Michael Kors watch from your store, and unfortunately, the silicone strap broke within just two weeks of purchase.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the strap, as I expected a product from Michael Kors to be durable and reliable. A watch strap breaking after such a short period of normal use is unacceptable and does not meet the quality I expected from your brand.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution, preferably a replacement strap or a replacement watch, if applicable.
I hope you will take my complaint seriously

First off, let me just say, of all the watches, everyone I asked in the store chose this one because the strap is a soft/rubber like material, and it is able to be dressed up or down! Glad I did because he absolutely loved it!

Love the look and feel of the watch it feels expensive and elegant at the same time - the sales associate at the store was also very lovely - have several pieces and am completely in love with them
