About this purse , I purchased because of the salesperson very friendly and ask what exactly I’m looking for and she just to show me something I really like ,and the color too, so I end up buying it. I realized how important effective communication and a friendly smile are when interacting with a client. Before offering anything, it’s important to listen carefully and ask exactly what the client is looking for, rather than continuing to push something they are not interested in or did not ask for.

Missing an outer zip pocket.
As much as I love this bag, it has one critical flaw... a large slip pocket for my phone. On vacation, I don't want to have to constantly open and close the zipper to grab my phone. or be stuck holding my phone in between navigating trains and transportation. I also don't want to have to keep my purse open constantly. a large slip pocket that went all the way to the top (which would give a hidden effect) would be amazing as it wouldn't compromise the look, but would have more functionality. There are also no zip pockets inside. Everything else about the bag is perfect. Also wish the strap was just a big longer.

Better than I thought it would be
I was surprised by how comfortable the strap was. So much more room than I thought it would have. Love the colors available.

Perfect size for me
I love the sturdiness and size. Not too big and not too small. I am 5'4" tall and this looks perfect. I also love this color. Looks orange and perfect for this summer season.
