Disappointed with trying to replace and return bag that came with scratches on it
I ordered this bag and when I unboxed there were a few scratches on the front that were noticeable. I called customer service to advise I want led to return the bag. The next day I called back and explained everything again and asked to by the bag at the same price as the original. They sent me. Return label and told me they put the order through. Four or five days go by maybe more and I have heard nothing. We did not get a second order confirmation email so I called. First off when you cal customer service they play the same two Christmas songs over and over and over again. When you get someone on the phone you explain what happened and they put you on hold. Come back ask you a question put you on hold again. Listening to those two songs over and over start to become annoying. It being my third call didn’t help either. So the rep put order through this time because the second order they were having technical difficulties and it never went through but I was not advised. The order reflected the higher price not what I originally paid. I asked about it and she got permission to give me the original price. However after two attempts it still was the higher price. I was advised to put the order through again at the higher price and then call them back for a credit. The difference is about $35.00. Not a huge deal but I am returning the scratched bag and only want to get the bag without damage for the price I ordered it for. It’s not a Christmas gift it’s is for myself and this has been going on for going on 3 weeks. I have to watch y credit card to make sure the 3 charges from their ordering attempts today. So as of right now I am so annoyed I’m not doing anything with a new bag. I will be sending back the scratched bag. This has ruined my experience and I am very disappointed!!!

Nice handbag!
Really nice size not too big and not too small, fits nice on the shoulder and room for all the things, very comfortable.

Very nice bag
Love the medium size. The leather feels soft. Just wish there were inside pockets to make it easier to place phone or items in constant use.
