Poor custer service
I love the bag however i paid $5 for a gift box and it came all broken like it was used. So disappointed to receive a MK bag gift box in that condition. I called CUSTOMER Service and was told they couldnt send a new box because its a warehouse problem. Not sure if I will be ordering again

Wish it had a snap
This has great room to carry all your "necessary" items that mom's have to carry. I do wish it had a snap closure so when it tips over you don't lose everything out of it.
