I have used this bag for the past 2 months and I am not happy with it. The leather is very stiff, making it hard to find things inside the compartments. I have scraped my knuckles on the inside zipper when I put my hand inside to find something. The navy color is nice but overall I'm disappointed.

Strap Staying on Shoulder Issue
Quality is very nice, but it won't stay on my shoulder, so no choice but to wear it crossbody. I've only carried it a few times and probably won't continue to use it. Unfortunately, it is too late to return it.
