Purse sold as new when it was used.
Purse was used but priced as brand new, there were gift cards in the side pocket where the logo is that went unnoticed during the return process and still unnoticed when stuffed with the paper packing to keep the shape. Upon contacting Michael Kors was confirmed it was used and only offered a return instead of partial refund.
