WRONG ITEM SHIPPED TWICE!
Wrong color sent TWICE! Item I recieved was not even a color option on the website. I was totd after the first time I would definitely get the correct color-NOPE! I had to go through the hassle of returning the wrong item. Customer service did not have answers, only encourage for me to drive to a store to return the item. They also told me a store had it, and they did not. I am starting to wonder if this bag even exists.

I ordered the powder, blush pink purse, but what I received was vanilla color with pink handles
I spoke to Customer Service and they said the pink purse is not available and they are in the process of removing that pink purse picture and updating it with the vanilla purse.
This pink purse was going to be a Christmas present and now I have to send the vanilla purse back.

Poor service
Just as the other reviews I ordered the all pink bag and received a white bag with pink accents. Customer service is horrible and just tells you they are having a problem shipping out the right color.
