CoutureI was not too sure about this bag when it first came out, shape??? Well, let me correct my thoughts on it, I LOVE IT! As it went on sale I decided to take the chance. It looks so polished and classy. Leather is so smooth and soft. The hardware is timeless and the strap is adjustable. Great buy!

DisappointedThe item I received had stains and the price tag had been cut off, making it look as though it had already been used. I contacted customer service and the agent assured me that I could return it in-store.
I drove 15 minutes to the nearest location, only to be told by the store manager that I could not return an item that is not sold in their store — a restriction that is not mentioned anywhere in your return policy. The manager even stated that I “cannot trust customer service.”
This is very concerning. Why does the same company have conflicting policies? And if customers cannot rely on information from your customer service, why provide it at all, especially when inaccurate guidance causes inconvenience and wastes customers’ time? Although after about a half-hour argument, she finally accepted the return, she warned it’s a one-time thing that it’s not allowed in the future. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Michael Kors.
