Received used, damaged and scratched Watch
The watch is a limited edition. The quality control team sent me a used scratched up watch with missing gem pieces and on top of that there was no limited edition box.
Contacted them twice to get some help with either having it fixed and got transferred to the repair team only to be disconnected and I asked for a discount the most they can offer is 10%.
So frustrated no one is willing to help! Returning the watch since they don’t want to help fix it. So called limited edition ….
