Bigger than expected
Read the product details and 14 inches seemed ok but once it arrived it looks too big! The material and design are nice but I am a short person and it doesn't look OK on me.

Great Carry On Bag
Bought this bag to use as a Carry On for a recent flight. Loved the inside space. Ipad fit great in interior pocket. Outside pockets were convenient for phone, small wallet, headphones, etc. Bag fit under seat for storage (I never use overhead compartments). Only negative was that shoulder strap was very uncomfortable over time - walking through airports - digs into shoulder. I will look for another strap with padding, or look to purchase padding for this one.
