The purse was fine it’s your customer service that sucks! When I bought this purse the shelf said it was $49.00. When I got home I seen that they charged me $65.00. I called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything unless I brought my receipt in. I live 150 miles away and only get to that area maybe once or twice a year. They gave me another number to call and they said they couldn’t do anything, I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they said she would call me within 24-48 hours…NO CALL BACK so I called again and at least that person took more information and said they would either call or email me within 48 hours. GUESS WHAT….NOTHING!! Your customer service sucks! I want my refund of $16.00 and if I don’t get satisfaction I’m switching to another brand. I have bought numerous purses and billfolds and even a travel backpack from Michael Kors but not anymore!
