Never again!
The bag is very stiff.. the canvas strap is incredibly annoying as it “squeaks” when you walk.. it’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard from a bag.. it bothered and embarrassed my husband so much he bought me a new bag from a different company while we were out. I went to a store and they said no refunds.. who does that? There is clearly an issue with the bag.. thinking of calling the company but was told they do not help.. just a new bag to bring to consignment and get a quarter of what I paid for.. never again..
