Beautiful bag but there's an issue with the chain on mine
Love the bag, and wish MK would make more gold leather products like this like they used to. The reason for my 3 star review is the chain on one side for the strap is like permanently twisted, I can't get the strap and chain to lay straight/flat on one side, so it looks jumbled on one side...disappointing...MK let me know if there's a fix for this please!
