Worst customer experience ever!
Never received my bag, supposed to have been damaged in shipping and Amazon returned without my knowledge. When I called to request a replacement I was told when return bag was received I would get a refund absolutely not offer for a replacement and I never saw the package so not sure of the condition. Not happy at all! Have not got my refund and will NOT ever order again!! The worst service I’ve ever experienced!
